How to Purchase "The Work of Service" Documents
Documents can be purchased individually ($3.00) or in a packet of 18 ($29). The packet of 18 is called "A Handbook of Awaking Lay Ministers Through Church Small Groups". If the self Study Lessons are to be mailed, a postage charge of 50 cents is to be added to your cost of each individual document or $3.00 to send each 5 of the entire Handbook. If ten are ordered the mailing cost to you would be $6.00 and so on.
How to Order Paper Documents by USPS Mail
Send cashiers check or money order (made out to "The Work of Service") by USPS or other mail, along with the completed order form provided on the "Document Order Form" page. To get a copy of the order form, select the entire typewritten form only (not the graphics in the header, or the links on the left margin) and print the selection. One can also copy and paste the form in your word processing or other software and print and include the completed form in a USPS mailing sent to "The Work of Service", 2401 West View Terrace, Emporia KS, 66801. In a few days you will receive the documents by USPS return mail.
How to Order Documents in Electronic Format
If you desire the electronic format, the documents can also be sent to you by email. Please send your payment by certified check or money order, and indicate on your order that the Documents are to be attached to an email message to you. Do not include the postage charge for an electronic delivery if the documents are to be emailed as MSWord attachments. Please indicate your email address on the order form.
The Lesson documents are copyrighted, but you have permission to duplicate up to 50 copies of each document for use in your church.
